I created this program based on the latest research and my personal experience.
As both a Physician Assistant and a Strength Coach, I’ve been through the same journey as you.
After my own surgeries, I found there were no clear paths to return to strength training,
So I built one.
This isn’t just another strength program.
This program is specifically designed for women post-mastectomy, combining professional advice, personal experience, and the latest research.
Focused on building strength and improving mobility, it includes exercises to prevent osteoporosis, increase muscle mass, and address post-surgery challenges.
You’ll have access to a pre-recorded programming that breaks down the workouts step-by-step, plus monthly LIVE Q&A calls to ask me anything. Guest speakers like oncologists, surgeons, and survivors will offer additional support.

What does a week in the program look like?

Meet Coach Sam
Samantha Ciaccia is a highly respected Physician Assistant, PA-C and Strength Coach, CSCS with over a decade of experience in both clinical practice and personal training.
While working in New York City’s fast-paced Emergency Rooms, she saw firsthand the undeniable link between optimal health and physical fitness.
Throughout her career, she has worked to bridge the gap between medicine and fitness, recognizing their equal importance.
In 2022, her professional and personal worlds collided when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. After multiple surgeries, she found herself without a clear path for returning to training—a challenge she never expected. As both a clinician and strength coach, she documented her journey back to fitness, knowing it would one day serve as a guide for other women facing similar challenges.
That day has come.
