I created this program based on the latest research and my personal experience. As both a Physician Assistant and a Strength Coach, I’ve been through the same journey as you. After my own surgeries, I found there were no clear paths to return to strength training,
so I built one.
What does a week in the program look like?
You’ll need basic equipment like…

This isn’t just another strength program—it’s designed specifically for women post-mastectomy, combining my professional advice, personal experience backed up by the latest research.
With a focus on building strength and improving mobility, this program incorporates exercises that not only help prevent osteoporosis and increase muscle mass but also address the unique challenges you may face after surgery. Phase 1 (4 weeks) - Healing. Goal is to get your reps in and just move!
Phase 2 (5 weeks) - Rebuild. Now we are taking those movements you mastered in Phase 1 & adding heavier load for strength & bone health.
Phase 3 (3 weeks) - Empower. Designed to challenge you and prove to yourself you are stronger and more powerful than ever!
You’ll also be invited to monthly LIVE Q&A calls where you can ask me anything about the program.

Meet Coach Sam
Samantha Ciaccia is a highly respected Physician Assistant, PA-C and Strength Coach, CSCS with over a decade of experience in both clinical practice and personal training.
While working in New York City’s fast-paced Emergency Rooms, she saw firsthand the undeniable link between optimal health and physical fitness.
Throughout her career, she has worked to bridge the gap between medicine and fitness, recognizing their equal importance.
In 2022, her professional and personal worlds collided when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. After multiple surgeries, she found herself without a clear path for returning to training—a challenge she never expected. As both a clinician and strength coach, she documented her journey back to fitness, knowing it would one day serve as a guide for other women facing similar challenges.
