Hi! I’m Samantha Ciaccia.
Physician Assistant. Strength Coach. Lifelong Student of Movement.

I spent years working in the Emergency Rooms of New York City, and one thing became clear fast: so many of the issues I saw could’ve been prevented with better movement and smarter training.

Now, I help bridge the gap between medicine and fitness through education that connects anatomy, performance, and longevity.

My mission is to help you understand why your body moves the way it does, so you can train, coach, and live with more awareness and less pain.
