What comes after SNATCHED

That's Bell Mechanics. The Fall 2026 cohort starts September 14th.
There are three ways to join. Early bird pricing is live now and closes September 1st.

About Sam Ciaccia
Sam is a PA-C, CSCS, and founder of Bell Mechanics - a kettlebell education system built at the intersection of clinical medicine and coaching practice. She has trained coaches and movers around the world through Bell Mechanics courses, certifications, and mentorship programs.
Everything she teaches starts from one principle: understand the body before you load it. SNATCHED is a direct product of that — and so is everything you'll find inside the Bell Mechanics Course this fall.
Questions
-
Not at all. Bell Mechanics is open to coaches and movers at any stage. The webinar gives you a taste of the kind of work we do inside the course - but it's not a prerequisite.
-
Both tracks include the full 10-week course and a formal skills assessment. The Online Cert assessment is a 1-hour Zoom call with a Bell Mechanics coach. The In-Person Cert adds a 2-day weekend at De Giuli's Gym in East Rockaway, LI — live coaching, hands-on feedback, and in-person testing. Same credential, different experience.
-
The webinar is a standalone product and is not applied as a credit toward the course. However, if you attended a Bell Mechanics in-person workshop, your workshop fee can be applied as a credit toward any course track - even at early bird pricing.
The work doesn't stop here.
SNATCHED gave you the framework. Bell Mechanics builds the system - week by week, movement by movement, with direct coaching and feedback the whole way through.
The Fall 2026 cohort starts September 14th. Early bird closes September 1st.
