Train Smarter.
Move Better.
Lead with Confidence.
✧THE NEXT 10-WEEK COHORT STARTS JUNE 2✧
This program is for anyone who wants to move with more purpose, coach with more clarity, and understand the why behind every rep.
This isn’t just another kettlebell course. It’s a foundation for real-world results.
Bell Mechanics was created to bridge the gap between evidence-based movement science and practical application. Built by Samantha Ciaccia, a Physician Assistant and strength coach with over 10 years of experience, this course goes far beyond basic certifications.
You’ll learn how to assess, cue, and program with precision, grounded in biomechanics, breathwork, and sustainable systems. Whether you’re in a clinic, on the gym floor, or running your own business, you’ll walk away with tools that elevate both your outcomes and your career.
“I thought I was signing up for a kettlebell course.
I didn’t expect it to change how I coach everything.”
Past students have:
Grown their coaching business using Bell Mechanics frameworks
Rebuilt their confidence as clinicians and coaches
Found a renewed sense of purpose and clarity in their professional path
One program. Two tracks. Choose what fits you.

How to Program for Success
Meet Your Coach
Samantha Ciaccia, PA-C, CSCS, SFG II, RKC
After years working in both the ER and on the gym floor, Sam recognized a gap in how most movement professionals were trained—especially when it came to coaching kettlebells with true skill, intention, and clinical awareness.
She spent years developing a system that bridges the worlds of medicine and strength, giving coaches and clinicians the tools to train smarter and lead with confidence.
Bell Mechanics was her answer: to bring together the depth of clinical education with the practicality of coaching experience.
Known for her no-BS teaching style and ability to make complex ideas click, Sam has taught hundreds of trainers and clinicians across the globe.
