You know what good movement looks like. What you're missing is the system underneath it.
YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF...
You coach clients who keep making the same faults — and you're not sure why your cues aren't sticking
You watch someone move and know something is off, but can't name it fast enough to fix it
You're coaching group classes with mixed skill levels and feel like you're always catching up
You have instincts built from experience — but instincts aren't a system, and you know it
You want to feel confident in every session, with every client, regardless of what walks through the door
The problem isn't your coaching. It's what you were never taught.
Most certifications teach you what to do. Bell Mechanics teaches you how to see, how to read movement before you ever touch a cue, understand what's actually causing the breakdown, and intervene at the right level every time.
That's a completely different skill set. And once you have it, everything changes.
This is what the system looks like in action.
Before we tell you what Bell Mechanics is, let us show you what it does.
TGU GLOW-UP
One cue — "squish the bug" — changed the entire Turkish Get-Up. When you understand the biomechanics behind the cue (arm moving from internal to external rotation), the fix becomes permanent. Not just for one rep. For every rep after it.
"A cue without context fixes one rep. A cue with context changes how someone moves forever."
— Samantha Ciaccia, Bell Mechanics
KAREN'S SNATCH TRANSFORMATION
Karen had been snatching for years. What changed wasn't her strength or her reps — it was knowing what to look for. After BMC: proper setup, squattier hinge, more power in the hips, feet grounded, forward gaze, elbow working better (gooseneck), bell closer to the body, stronger lockout.
We used the stuff we learned literally the same day."
-Cameron. Coach & Educator, Bell Mechanics Graduate
"Not one lesson, module, or part of this course where I didn't walk away learning something new."
-Lauren. KB Coach & App Founder, Bell Mechanics Graduate
"I now have a road map to better program for my clients."
-Dana. Coach, Bell Mechanics Graduate
Not another kettlebell certification. A coaching operating system.
Bell Mechanics is a 10-week live course and trainer certification built on the intersection of movement science and real-world coaching application. Created by Samantha Ciaccia PA-C, CSCS— it's the curriculum that fills the gap every other certification leaves open.
Over 300 coaches trained. 15+ countries. 10+ years of refinement. The same system. Every cohort.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Bell Mechanics is built around one core skill: the ability to read movement in real time. Not memorize more cues. Not add more certifications to your wall. See what's actually happening — in your body or your clients — and know exactly what to do about it.
That's the skill that separates coaches who feel confident in the room from coaches who feel like they're always catching up.
Choose your path.

300+ coaches. One consistent result.
Cameron · Coach & Educator · Well-known leader in the kettlebell industry
"My head coach and I both took part in the program. We learned a ton — biomechanics, kettlebell training, how to cue people effectively. We used the stuff we learned literally the same day."
Lauren · KB Coach & App Founder · Leads a kettlebell app with thousands of subscribers
"I've done every certification under the sun. There was not one lesson, module, or part of this course where I didn't walk away learning something new — refreshed, inspired, ready to apply it to every person I coach."
Dana · Bell Mechanics Graduate
"I now have a road map to better program for my clients."
This isn’t a solo mission.
Every Bell Mechanics cohort is a tight-knit group of coaches and movers who train together, ask hard questions, and hold each other accountable for 10 weeks. The relationships built inside each cohort extend far beyond the course — past graduates have formed business partnerships, co-coached workshops, and stayed connected for years.
You don't just leave with a certification. You leave with a community.
Bridgette K. · Bell Mechanics Graduate
"It was the detailed beat by beat breakdown of each movement... when I am teaching classes or in session, I see it! I have the answers and it is the coolest thing!"
Jenna B. · Bell Mechanics Graduate
"I immediately got on the waitlist and I will say, I have NOT been disappointed. I've been able to implement the material immediately in my own training and also to help my clients improve their own skills and technique."
Meet Your Coach
Sam is a Physician Associate, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with over a decade of experience at the intersection of clinical medicine and kettlebell coaching.
She built Bell Mechanics because she kept seeing the same gap: coaches with talent, instinct, and a genuine desire to help their clients — but without a system to back it up. Not more cues. Not more content. A framework. A way of seeing movement that changes how you coach everything.
Over 300 coaches trained. Workshops across the US and internationally. A course that's been refined through every cohort, every case study, every breakthrough moment in the room.
Bell Mechanics is the course she wished existed when she started. Now it does.

Bell Mechanics is designed for coaches and movers who have foundational KB experience — you don't need to be an elite athlete or experienced coder, but you should be comfortable with basic KB movements. The course builds from foundations up, so you'll be challenged regardless of where you're starting.

Most certifications teach you what to do. Bell Mechanics teaches you how to see — how to read movement before you cue it, understand what's actually causing the breakdown, and intervene at the right level. Coaches who already hold other certs consistently report that BMC filled the gap they didn't know they had.
