KB Foundations Workshop
What if one tool could do it all?
Not just burn calories or build muscle—but teach you how to move with control, challenge your balance, build real-world strength, and carry yourself with more confidence?
What if it didn’t take an entire gym, a complicated program, or a huge time commitment?
That’s what kettlebells give you.
What You’ll Learn in the Kettlebell Confidence Workshop:
✅ How to Move with Intention
You’ll learn how to slow down and set up properly—so you can move with control, create tension, and lift with purpose.
✅ Kettlebell Swing Fundamentals
Learn how to generate power from your hips, not your arms, and how to find your rhythm without rushing.
✅ The Clean—Without the Slam
We’ll break down the kettlebell clean so it feels smooth and controlled—not like it’s attacking your forearm.
✅ The Turkish Get-Up (TGU)
This one’s a full-body movement that builds coordination, balance, and focus—step-by-step, so it feels doable.
✅ How to Breathe for Strength
You’ll learn how to use your breath as a tool for tension, power, and support—so your body moves as one system.
✅ How to Read Your Body and Adjust
We’ll teach you how to listen to what your body is telling you, and how to make small adjustments that make a big difference.
✅ How to Build a Workout You Can Actually Use
At the end, you’ll take home a short, effective kettlebell circuit that you can build from—anywhere, anytime.
