This workshop is designed to elevate kettlebell coaching quality in group training environments. Coaches will learn strategies to teach kettlebells effectively to groups of varying abilities, improving technique, safety, and results across the room.

Maintaining proper bell path and hip drive mechanics
Providing large-group progressions and cues for swings, racks, holds, cleans, and squats
Workshop Outline
All concepts and drills will be taught within a group context to reflect real-world application:
Tension & Relaxation in Lifts – when to cue, when to allow movement freedom, and group-friendly cues.
Core Engagement Strategies – simple, effective ways to help athletes feel and use their core.
Squat Mechanics in Classes – coaching around limitations and improving functional squat patterns.
Bell Path & Backswing – keeping the bell tight to the body, clean swings, and efficient hip drive.
Large-Group Progressions – scalable progressions and regressions for swings, holds, racks, cleans, and squats.
