Whether you recently completed the course or if it’s been a minute, I’m excited to offer a 4 week review course to prepare for all you need to know in order to pass the 2-day trainer certification.

All coaches are required to pass both the online course and a live practical exam.

The in-person exam is led in small groups by our founding trainers to create a personalized & effective learning experience for each individual.

This small group setting allows you to practice and demonstrate clear coaching cues & skill acquisition while showing off your competence to effectively program.

Women up to 130 lbs
12-16kg

Women over 130 lbs
16-20kg

Men up to 150 lbs

Bell Mechanics Trainer Certification runs every year in New York City! The next one is scheduled for March 28-30.

The Process

By the end of the course,
you will be able to:

  • Use a simple step-by-step assessment process to identify the root cause of movement dysfunctions within the scope of kettlebell exercises

  • Select specific drills to create immediate changes in movement quality and kettlebell skills

  • Write a thorough training program that meets your movement & fitness goals

The Bell Mechanics Alumni Review +Trainer Certification is a continuation of everything you've learned so far with Sam!

  • Follow on our lectures to make sure that everything you learned in the BMC course is top of mind for the Certification.

  • Put your knowledge to the test at the 3-day Bell Mechanics Trainer Certification. Locations vary throughout the year

  • *If you didn't complete it the first time around, you will have the opportunity at the end of the review course!

    An 80% passing grade for the online written Final Exam is needed to qualify for the in-person certification.

  • Attend the certification & meet the colleagues you just spent the last 10 weeks learning with in the online Bell Mechanics Course.

  • If you want to pass the practical exam, I highly recommend taking the review course. Plus, it’s included in the price!

  • The review course runs for 4 weeks and is a practical review to fast-track your practical skills. We won’t be going into detail about theory like in the 10-week BMC.

  • You will have 3 months to submit your practical exam videos.
