Kettlebell Coaching Workshop
Saturday, December 7th from 12-4pm
LIVE with Sam Ciaccia and Chelsea LeRoy
Do you find yourself searching for the right words to help clients “get” the movement?
If you’re a fitness instructor, personal trainer, or strength coach looking to level up your kettlebell coaching skills, this workshop is for you. You will learn how to sharpen your coaching skills by assessing posture and understanding its impact on kettlebell movements like the Swing and Turkish Get-Up (TGU).
What We’ll Cover
Postural Assessment Understanding postural biases & how to implement exercises to get someone from being ‘stuck’ to ‘unstuck’ for optimal performance
Biomechanics of the Swing & TGU We’re taking a deep dive into the anatomy & biomechanics of these two exercises, helping you build a deeper understanding of what is actually happening under the hood.
Cues That Stick Learn to deliver coaching cues that make an impact—whether it’s through internal or external cues, you’ll find ways to address specific needs and unlock smoother, more confident movement.
Troubleshooting Tips Discover strategies to fix common kettlebell form issues (like poor hinging or lack of tension) with practical drills and exercises that make a difference.
Fine-Tune Your Kettlebell Coaching
Many coaches struggle to break down complex kettlebell techniques in a way that truly clicks. Our workshop tackles this head-on, giving you practical tools and cues to help your clients perform better, feel more confident, and stay injury-free.
