Samantha Ciaccia
Founder, Bell Mechanics  ·  PA-C  ·  CSCS

Samantha built Bell Mechanics around one idea: that kettlebell coaching in a group setting is a skill in itself — and most fitness education ignores it entirely.

With a background as a Physician Assistant in the Emergency Rooms of New York City and over 10 years of strength coaching experience, she developed a methodology that bridges the gap between what you know about movement and what it actually takes to deliver it to a room full of people.

The Bell Mechanics Trainer Certification is the fullest expression of that work — a system built for the coaches who show up, pay attention, and want to be genuinely great at what they do.
